Vuokra-asuntopalvelu Lukaali is an expert on leasing apatments. We lease apartments of different levels, and also apartments that are ready furnished. In addition we lease premises for offices, halls, shops and stores for working.

You can become acquainted with the apartments that are available here in our web page. The apartments are listed on pages linked below. The information of apartments is in Finnish, but you can see square meters, address, rent (vuokra in Finnish) and photograhps of apartments. Yksiö or 1 h means one-room apartment, kaksio or 2 h means two-room (1 bedroom) apartment, kolmio or 3 h means three-room (two bedroom) apartment etc.

An assigment

If you give us your assignment, we will look for a suitable apartment for your needs. Our search covers whole of Pori and alse the Rauma area. You don't have to pay the brokers commission (which is one month's rent, including VAT 23%) until we have found an appropriate apartment and the tenancy has been made.

Other services

We arrange also furnishing, cleaning, and moving services with our co-operation partners.
